Food Truck Fridays: a Summer Perk Fueling our Team

Food Truck Fridays have become a Cornell Pump summer tradition—a simple, tangible way we to show appreciation in our people. As this season wraps up in the next couple of weeks, we’re celebrating another summer of great meals and even better lunch conversations across our sites.
  • Over the past six years, Food Truck Fridays have served 10,000+ meals to employees at our Clackamas, Oregon headquarters.

  • Our teams in Vancouver, Washington and South Carolina also enjoy Friday meals throughout the summer.

  • It’s about more than lunch: these Fridays build connection, recognize hard work, and make Cornell a workplace people are proud to be part of.

We haven’t shared a 2025 photo yet—this was shot last Friday, when we had smash burgers at the Clackamas site. We have Gyros this Friday, and Hawaiian food to end the season on August 29.
