Self-Priming Pumps

STX-Series Pumps
The STX series Cornell’s standard self-primers are a premium efficiency wet prime pump that will re-prime in operation after the initial filling. STX series, in 2” to 10”, are designed to work as a drop-in replacement for other self-priming pumps. However, Cornell pumps feature several advantages over other self-primers, including Cycloseal®, heavy-duty ductile iron castings, oversized steel shafts, double-lip seals for bearing protection, and efficiencies up to 8% higher than competitors.

STH-Series Pumps
The STH Series Self-Priming Pumps are designed to achieve high heads that surpass the competition by 20%. The STH design delivers superior durability and performance with a slower RPM, larger shafts, and bearings to support high-head hydraulics. The pump can achieve heads up to 253' and flows of up to 2,000 GPM without needing a booster pump.

STL-Series Pumps
The 8STL self-priming pump is a high-efficiency wet prime pump designed to meet specific market demands. It incorporates the same excellent features as the STX and STH series pumps, such as Cycloseal®, durable ductile iron castings, sturdy steel shafts, and double-lip seals for bearing protection. The 8STL stands out for its ability to operate at 1800 RPM, making it ideal for engine applications without needing speed-reducing gearboxes.
