Celebrating Our People
We believe in recognizing hard work and fostering connections beyond the shop floor. Every summer, our annual employee golf tournament brings together team members for friendly competition, camaraderie, and plenty of laughs. We’ll be sharing some great moments from this year’s event—enjoy some photos from this years event .
Summer also means Food Truck Fridays at our Clackamas facility, where we treat staff to local flavors and time to unwind together. Whether it’s tacos, BBQ, or Korean fusion, it’s a fun break everyone looks forward to.
Our sense of community extends to families as well. Our two annual holiday party includes a celebration for adults in the venting, fun event with Santa for employees’ children—one of many events that show our appreciation goes beyond the workday.
