Cornell Distributor Meeting

We are excited to welcome you to Nashville for an engaging and high-energy Distributor Meeting designed to inform, connect, and inspire. Over the course of three days, you will experience interactive business sessions, outstanding networking events, and signature Nashville hospitality.

Opening Reception – Monday, May 18 | 6:00 – 8:30 PM
The event begins with a welcome reception in the Graduate Hilton Ballroom and patio. Enjoy heavy hors d’oeuvres, a hosted bar, and lively conversation as we reconnect with old friends and welcome new partners. This relaxed evening sets the tone for a productive and enjoyable days ahead.

Interactive Business Sessions – Tuesday, May 19 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
The first full day will feature dynamic meetings focused on new products, innovations, and key additions to the Cornell portfolio. These sessions are designed to provide practical tools and insights that help you grow your business. You will have opportunities to ask questions, share feedback, and engage directly with Cornell leadership and technical experts in an open, collaborative environment.

Private Dinner Event at Redneck Riviera – Tuesday Evening  6:00 – 9:00 PM
Join us for an unforgettable evening at the Redneck Riviera in downtown Nashville. We will host a private dinner and reception on the venue’s two exclusive upper levels, featuring great food, live music, and outstanding company in a true Nashville atmosphere. Overlooking the energy of Broadway, this event is the perfect setting to celebrate our partnership and enjoy a signature Music City experience with fellow distributors and the Cornell team.

Morning Business Sessions – Wednesday, May 20 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
The program continues Wednesday morning with additional presentations and discussions, building on Tuesday’s momentum. These focused sessions will dive deeper into strategies, tools, and resources to help you maximize success with Cornell products and solutions.

Distributor Golf Outing – Wednesday Afternoon  1:15 – 5:15 PM
Wrap up the meeting with an afternoon on the course. Join us on Wednesday, May 20 for a 144-person shotgun start at the beautiful Generals Retreat Golf Course near Nashville. This relaxed and fun event brings together distributors from around the world and Cornell staff for networking and friendly competition. Whether you are playing to win or simply enjoying the day, it is a great opportunity to connect and unwind in one of the region’s premier golf destinations.

Joint Reception with High Tide Technologies 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
We are pleased to coordinate this year’s meeting with our sister company, High Tide Technologies, based in Nashville. High Tide will be hosting its first-ever SCADA Academy in the two days following our event. Modeled after Cornell Pump School, the Academy will feature in-depth presentations and hands-on demonstrations focused on SCADA and remote monitoring technologies. A joint reception will provide the opportunity for Cornell distributors to meet the High Tide team and explore new synergies.

Distributors are also welcome to attend the SCADA Academy if interested (separate registration and fee apply).

Cost and Registration

The 2026 Cornell Distributor Meeting is offered at no cost to current Cornell Pump distributors. Cornell Pump will cover all meeting-related meals, snacks, and beverages beginning Monday evening, May 18 through Wednesday evening, May 20. Cornell will also host a golf outing and provide transportation to and from the course. Attendance is open to authorized Cornell distributors on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to overall event capacity.

Lodging expenses are the responsibility of each distributor. To assist with travel planning, Cornell has arranged a special discounted rate with the host hotel, Graduate Hilton,  for meeting attendees, available for the event dates as well as a few days before and after for those who wish to extend their stay and enjoy Nashville.
